We aim to get the custom kits to you within 4-6 weeks, the earlier the better.

Times may vary slightly at our peak times of the year but we aim for the 4 week mark year-round!

We will contact you with a delivery time when the kit is ready for dispatch, and we will also communicate with you throughout the whole design process.

OF COURSE YOU CAN!

If a new player joins you and you need an extra kit, contact us over your requirements for it.

It will need to be the same design as the rest of the kit ordered for that team but we can whip you up an extra one with their name and number on!

However, Extra kit will be at a premium rate due to factory processes and shipping. So we do strongly recommend ordering extra in your bulk order, rather than adding extras later.

If you want to see a sample before you make the purchase, let us know and one of our team can arrange to show you our products up close so you can see AND feel the quality of our kits!

We do not accept returns on any customized goods unless the items are faulty on delivery.

We offer a refund up to 30 days after delivery on faulty items, we will only accept and refund the faulty item, not the bulk order. This must be returned with the correct tags it was delivered with.

We do offer revisions to every kit design and will run you through each iteration of the kit until it is perfect in your eyes, all before we ship it and we will do everything in our power of quality control to check for even the smallest of faults on our kits before we personally tag them and send them out for delivery.
