ACHILLES SPORTS – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ACHILLES SPORTS ("we", "our", or "us"). We are a UK-based business specialising in custom football kits and teamwear. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. UK-Based Service
We are based in the United Kingdom and currently only ship to UK addresses. Orders placed with delivery details outside the UK will not be accepted.
2. Custom Products
Most of our products are custom-made to order. This includes personalised football kits with specific names, numbers, logos, and colours.
By submitting a custom order, you confirm that all the details you provide are correct and that you have the right to use any uploaded designs, logos, or artwork. We are not responsible for errors in the information you provide.
3. Production and Delivery Time
Custom orders take approximately 4 to 6 weeks from the date of payment to delivery at your UK address. This includes both production and shipping time.
Please allow for reasonable delays during busy periods or if courier issues occur. We are not liable for late deliveries caused by incorrect address details or factors beyond our control.
4. Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom items unless the product is faulty upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to our error, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a clear description and photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will either offer a replacement or a refund, at our discretion. We may require the original item to be returned.
Non-custom (standard) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
5. Payments and Order Processing
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept payments via Bank Transfer and Payment Link.
Orders will not be processed or begin production until payment is received. All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
6. Cancellations
Custom orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as production has not begun. After that, cancellations may not be possible.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, product designs, text, and branding, is the property of ACHILLES SPORTS or its licensors.
If you upload custom artwork or logos, you confirm that you have the legal right to use them. We accept no responsibility for copyright or trademark violations that result from user-submitted designs.
8. Limitation of Liability
ACHILLES SPORTS is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from your use of our website or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the item(s) you purchased.
9. Privacy

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal matters arising from your use of our website or products will be handled in those courts.
